I lead purpose-built, agile teams—scaling up support when the scope demands it, but always maintaining a lean, intentional footprint. This allows us to move faster, get closer, and capture the authentic moments that large crews inevitably snuff out.
Because I remain hands-on with both the narrative and the image, I cannot operate at volume. I accept a limited number of commissions annually, reserving my schedule for brands that value deep, resonant storytelling over generic content.
