We often talk about the "material" of a brand. We focus on the product, the service, or the technical data. But the material is inert. It doesn't move itself.
I believe the spirit moves the material.
Emotions are the rudders of our ships. They are the quiet, underlying forces that dictate where we go and why we stay. That is what I look for when I capture a story.
I look for the specific human emotion that grounds a brand or a mission. Sometimes it is the trauma behind a crisis birth. Sometimes it is the hint at existential dread behind "the perfect life". My job is to find that frequency and translate it into a visual language that sticks.
Because this level of depth requires focus, I do not operate at volume. I work as both Director and Cinematographer to ensure the "spirit" of the initial idea doesn't get lost in the machinery of a large production. I lead small, agile teams that respect the space and the subject.
If you are ready to move past the generic and find the emotional core of your next project, let's connect.
